Case No. 3 - Padam Prasad Acharya
Mr. Padam Prasad Acharya, 75 years old male patient presented to us with right forearm radius midshaft fracture nonunion. The patient gives history of fall injury 4 months back initially treated at other centre with long arm cast due to lack of economic support. The fracture is taken care by open reduction and internal fixation with plating and long arm splint. Patient’s consent has been taken for the presentation of himself in the web.
Total expenditure from the charity fund for this treatment is NRs 8,642.00 (Eight thousand six hundred and forty two rupees only).
