Case No. 15 - Bal Bahadur Shrestha
Mr.
Bal Bahadur Shrestha, 41 years old male patient is a case of Right elbow
radial head posterior dislocation and forearm radius & ulna fracture following
fall injury 1 years back. His forearm was treated initially with ORIF with
plating for the both bones whereas the radial head was missed. Carpenter by
profession he was unable to continue his work. He was operated for the radial
head excision. physiotherapy was started immediately and he regained good
ROM.

Total expenditure from the charity fund for this treatment is NRs 1,692.00
