Case No. 14 - Nimcheki Sherpa

Mrs. Nimcheki Sherpa, 71 years old female patient is a case of Right forearm Galeazzi fracture dislocation following fall injury 10 days back in the remote village of Giri. She presented with pain and swelling. She was managed with Open Reduction and Internal fixation with Plating. Her long-arm-splint for protection was removed after 4 weeks and ROM exercises were given.

Patient’s consent has been taken for presentation of here.

Total expenditure from the charity fund for this treatment is NRs 4,918.00 (Four thousand nine hundred and eighteen rupees only).
