Case No. 13 - Sanjeev Chaudhary
Mr. Sanjeev Chaudhary,
18 years old male patient is a case of left leg chronic osteomyelitis since 2
years, treated at different centres and with different local means. Presented
to our centre with acute exacerbation. He had difficulty in walking with lot
of pain. He was walking with chronic draining sinuses around distal part of
his leg. We operated him for decompression through a cortical window in distal
tibial region. Long term dressing and antibiotic was advised.

Total expenditure from the charity fund for this treatment is NRs 6,202(Six
thousand two hundred and two rupees only).
