Case No. 10 - Buddi Man Tamang
Mr. Buddi Man Tamang, 32 years old male patient presented with right hand second finger base draining wound with severe pain, swelling and fever since 3 weeks. He was porter by profession and unable to work for his living. He was bitten by his friend. He was diagnosed as a case of human bite with infection, flexor tendinitis. He was operated for debridement and thorough irrigation of the wound. After two weeks of antibiotics, daily wound care and rehabilitation he returned back to work. Patient’s consent has been taken for the presentation of himself in the web.
